Welcome to another round of random rigs!
Today's set has a pretty wide variety, if I do say so myself...
So let's get rolling!
First, a Ford F-550 for the Alamance County EMS.
Alamance county is in north central NC.
A really cool Freightliner M2-106 for Aspludh Tree Expert, who are appropriately headquartered in Willow Grove, PA.
I've always wanted to drive one of these, or better yet own one. Make a great RV or wrecker, though I'm not a modern FL fan.
A superbly sharp (if I do say so myself) Ford F-550 for Kirk's Sineath Towing from Greensboro, NC.
I'll give a little history on our unusual name - originally the company was started by Jesse Sineath as Sineath Garage in Greensboro in 1925. At some point over the ensuing decades (exact date unknown, 40's maybe?) a family named Kirkman bought in/acquired the company and added the "Kirk's". Why they used only part of their name, and a possessive form at that, is a mystery lost to history.
A tired looking Freightliner FLD.
A fairly nifty Volvo VNL.
A Peterbilt 388.
Though the paint doesn't match, this Freightliner FLD120 looks pretty good.
A cool Peterbilt 379.
A broadside of a Freightliner Cascadia for Saddle Creek Transportation, whose headquarters are in Lakeland, Florida.
A fairly cool Chevy ... 30?
A super cool Ford F-350.
Another of our's, this time one of our Kenworth T270 rollbacks, this one for Battleground Wrecker from Burlington, NC.
Another cool older Ford F-350.
A Freightliner Cascadia for Core-Mark, who're headquartered in Westlake, Texas.
This scene is interesting for a couple reasons, 1. I've had lunch from here many times over the years, and it's a good place to grab a burger or such, and 2. that's a Tesla. At the gas pumps. What?
An extremely sharp Kenworth W900L for McGee Corporation from Matthews, NC.
Man, this one looks great!
A cool Kenworth T800 for A&L Hauling from Gretna, Virginia.
I'm surprised he's not running full fenders.
A bright Freightliner Cascadia.
Another Cascadia, this one for NFI, whose headquarters are in Camden, NJ.
I've noticed that NFI seems to take good care of their equipment - pretty much always in good shape and clean when I see them.
The display at the Mack HQ in Greensboro on October 10, 2022 - a Pinnacle.
And wrapping this batch up, a nice Freightliner Coronado for Dairy Moovers, who're headquartered in Julian, NC.
"Moovers" - get it? Cool.
Thanks for looking!
Definitely a variety. Interesting stuff. Keep them coming.
Great variety of catches here
