Ran across these Friday while running some errands around Greensboro NC. I believe they are both International Eagle 9800. International also made a set back axle of this model. Not many cabovers on the road now so I normally always try to get a picture of any I see.
I assume that it’s numerous reasons why the cabovers have fell out of favor. Sitting on top of an engine can be hot and noisy. The good thing is you sit higher so you have better view but if you ever get in an accident you will be the first one there. I occasionally get the opportunity to drive an old cab over and I enjoy it but I definitely feel safer in a truck with a long hood.

I'll second Tex, those are some really cool rigs!
