Well, Wednesday kinda slipped by me, so here's a day late midweek 20.
First up, a Peterbilt 379.
A Mack Granite.
A nice Western Star 4900 for Associated Petroleum Carriers (APC), who're headquartered in Spartanburg, South Carolina.
A cool Kenworth K100 for Sherman & Boddie from Oxford, North Carolina.
Several years back, we actually happened to stumble across their yard in Oxford, but we were taking a part to one of our service techs elsewhere, and couldn't stop. I've since always wanted to either go back, or catch one out and about, and finally did.
They had/have several of these K100s.
A spiffed up Freightliner Century.
A Freightliner Classic.
A nice Peterbilt 379 for Wind Chaser Farms from Pittsboro, NC.
An International 9900 for Kirk's Sineath Towing from Greensboro, NC.😁
A Kenworth W900L.
And another W900L.
A Peterbilt 388.
A Kenworth T880.
A nice Kenworth W900L.
A Mack Anthem for Yarbrough Transfer from Winston-Salem, NC.
Yarbrough has quite an interesting fleet, and are usually hauling interesting loads, so I always enjoy catching them.
A Kenworth T880 for Hilco Transport, whose headquarters are in Greensboro, NC.
A beefy Mack Granite for Pine Hall Brick from Madison, NC.
A Kenworth T880 for Kent G. West Trucking from Littleton, NC.
A nice, and fairly rare, Kenworth T400.
A Kenworth T600.
And another KW, this one an ever ugly T2000.
It would be very interesting to know how this design came to be.
That's it for today, thanks for looking!
Nice catches
