Looks a little like the new Volvo VHD, and also has an International HX look going on, too.
But that's just from what we can see in the teaser shot, so who knows what the final product will look like.

metall87 shows in its Toy Fair Report 2020 on page 17 a coming 1/87 Western Star truck tractor by Diecast Masters; the origin would be not yet on the market. Maybe it's the truck on the above photo.
