KW has added a new flat roof to its lineup of T680, T880, and W990 models.
Aimed at applications that require a low roof, such as car hauler, cranes, and pumpers.

KW's sibling company, Peterbilt, has long been a very popular choice for car haulers, with the 389 being, IMO, the most prevalent choice for car hauling (with Volvo's VHD being in second place and Western Star's 4900 third).
Hopefully this will result in KW picking up some of that market - I'd imagine the W990 could enjoy success comparable to the 389. Be interesting to see if any T680 or T880 car haulers show up - possibly a T880 SFA could prove popular, as the vast majority of car hauler chassis feature SFAs (set forward axles).
Such a different look for a KW - I’ll have to get used to it
I’m sure that will open them up to more customers.
